Maria Bustos

Maria Bustos holds a Bachelor of Music in Composition from the University of Calgary, where she studied classical theory, voice, and contemporary music practices. A dedicated vocalist, songwriter, and educator, Maria brings a thoughtful and creative approach to music instruction, with experience spanning classical voice, songwriting, and ensemble work. In addition to her formal training, she is passionate about supporting neurodivergent learners and fostering inclusive, imaginative spaces for young musicians. Maria also performs original music under the artist name Miarlequin, blending her classical foundation with contemporary influences.
